How much time does the program take each week?
Plan for a weekly live session plus applied work on your deliverables — most participants invest a few focused hours per week across the four weeks. Every session is recorded, so if you miss a live class you can catch up on your own schedule without falling behind.
Do I need a technical background or coding skills?
No. CAITL™ is a leadership and delivery certification, not an engineering course. You won't build or fine-tune models. You'll learn to align, deliver, govern, adopt, and scale AI — the execution skills that determine whether AI programs actually succeed.
What are the prerequisites?
You should be in — or moving toward — a role that leads or shapes AI or transformation initiatives: program/project management, PMO, product, delivery, change, technology leadership, consulting, or an executive role accountable for AI outcomes. No specific certification is required to enroll.
What's your refund policy?
If the program isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within the first week of your cohort — before the majority of the material and toolkit have been delivered. We want committed participants, not reluctant ones. Reach out and we'll take care of it.
